How it works

Apply

Tell us a bit about your audience and platform below. We review every application by hand — it's not instant, but it's quick.

Get your code

Once approved, you get your own discount code and link to share however works for your audience — a post, a Story, a link in bio.

Earn

Every landlord who joins TLA through your code gets money off their membership, and you earn commission on every one of them.

Commission that grows the more you promote.

£35

per new member at our top rate — rates increase the more landlords you bring in, not a single flat fee.

✓ Your audience gets a real discount off TLA membership — not just a code that benefits us.
✓ No cost or risk to you — no fee to join, no minimum commitment.
✓ Full visibility on your own referrals and what you've earned.
✓ A genuine ongoing relationship, not a one-off sponsored post — quarterly commentary, Q&As and campaign involvement are all on the table for the right fit.

Who we're looking for

We're not chasing follower count for its own sake — we're looking for a genuine audience overlap with UK landlords, letting agents and property investors, and content that could authentically mention TLA rather than a forced ad read.

Property & renovation Buy-to-let & investing Personal finance Letting & estate agency Housing policy & tenant rights
