Is it free to start?
Yes. You can begin with free guidance, the RRA compliance checker and free Ask TLA answers each month, with no card required. Paid membership unlocks the complete connected platform.
Will TLA handle my property registration for me?
Every membership includes guidance on the new register, which opens region by region from December 2026 through 2027. On Landlord Plus, TLA files your registration and pays the £65 government fee on your behalf.
Are the documents Renters' Rights Act ready?
Documents in the AI Document Studio are built for the current framework and reviewed before release. New landlord and agency documents are added as workflows are completed.
Does it work for letting agents too?
Yes. TLA supports landlords, letting agents, estate agents, property managers and property businesses, including plans for teams and larger managed portfolios.
What is ORBIT?
