The Landlord Association is building a regional legal partner network for firms handling landlord and tenant matters, possession claims, rent arrears, tenancy compliance, disrepair, deposits and related disputes.
The model is now simple. Each region has space for three approved firms. Those firms receive equal visibility and equal exposure to suitable member enquiries within that region.
City and town figures are retained as demand evidence only. Firms join the regional panel, not individual city placements. This keeps the commercial model clean and gives TLA a workable structure for fair case distribution.
TLA members come to us with active housing, possession, arrears, compliance and dispute issues. The legal partner panel gives approved firms structured regional visibility inside that support journey.
A regional panel is easier for members to understand, easier for firms to price and easier for TLA to manage. Instead of selling individual towns or competing priority tiers, each region has three approved firms with balanced exposure across suitable enquiries.
This replaces the previous Standard, Priority and Exclusive structure. The new model avoids confusion and creates a cleaner regional partnership framework.
Firms select the region or regions they want to join. City and town figures are shown to evidence demand within the selected region, not to create separate city-level products.
Each region has three approved firms only. There is no preferred position, no premium placement and no exclusive status inside the region.
Suitable member enquiries are distributed evenly between the three approved firms, helping maintain fairness, capacity control and service quality.
The figures below show the estimated annual demand across each region and the lowest monthly equivalent available on a 24 month commitment. Select any region to view the city-level demand evidence and pricing options.
The monthly option gives flexibility. The 12, 18 and 24 month options are discounted because longer commitments help TLA plan onboarding, copy placement, member journey integration and future booking reservations.
Regional partner coverage includes Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Exeter, Plymouth, Bournemouth, Poole, Swindon, Cheltenham, Taunton, Torquay and Truro.
All three firms receive the same regional status and the same opportunity exposure. TLA may still route matters based on obvious conflicts, capacity, practice fit, location fit or member suitability.
The listed towns show where demand arises inside the selected region. They do not create separate local purchase options. The commercial position is the regional panel place.
Longer commitments allow TLA to reserve partner positions properly, prepare profile copy, integrate firms into regional member journeys, plan newsletter and welcome pack placements and manage future booking inventory. Payment is upfront for the selected term because this acts as a commercial qualifier and confirms firm commitment before integration work begins.
Members will see approved firms within the selected region, not confusing tier labels. Each firm receives clear profile visibility and a direct route for suitable enquiries.
No. The regional panel model replaces those tiers. Each region now has three approved firms with equal status and equal exposure.
No. The commercial model is now regional. City and town figures remain visible so firms can understand where regional demand is likely to arise, but firms join the regional panel rather than buying individual cities.
No. Figures are planning estimates based on TLA demand modelling. They help firms assess commercial fit, but they are not a guarantee of instructions or revenue.
TLA aims to distribute suitable enquiries evenly across the three approved firms in each region. Routing may still consider conflicts, capacity, practice fit and location fit.
Payment confirms commitment and allows TLA to carry out profile setup, regional integration, copy placement and future booking reservations before the firm goes live.

Start applicationThe Landlord Association is opening a limited number of regional legal partner positions for firms ready to support landlords, tenants, agents and property professionals across the UK.
TLA already provides legal guidance, triage and escalation support, but TLA does not provide legal services. That means trusted legal partners are now essential to absorb demand and convert enquiries into onward legal support.
Members come to TLA first for guidance, triage, document support, legal issue identification and escalation routes. Once the need becomes a live legal matter, we need trusted firms ready to take over.
We have deliberately reduced the offer to 3 simple tiers so firms can make a fast commercial decision.
