What is wrong?
Portfolio Health Check
Every property checked against its certificates, dates and documents. You see what is in order, what is due soon and what is missing, the day you bring it in.
Rechecked every day, so a new date or rule shows up first.

How do I fix it?
Document & Communication Generation
TLA prepares the fix from what the portfolio already holds: the updated agreement, the Section 13 notice, the letter to the tenant. You check it, then use it.
Nothing is used or sent until you have checked it.

How the Evaluation Programme works
30 days, free
The full membership: Portfolio Health Check, Action Plan, Property Timeline, documents, answers and support.
No card
We never ask for payment details to start, and nothing converts to a paid membership by itself.
Your say-so
Nothing is added to your portfolio until you confirm it.
One per person
One evaluation for each person and account.
After 30 days
Your portfolio stays readable for 90 days. Join at any point to carry on where you left off. After 90 days it is deleted; a record that it existed and was deleted is kept.
Questions
Good to know
Is it a cut-down version?
No. It is the full TLA membership for 30 days, with your own portfolio, so you can see exactly where every property stands before you decide.
Do I have to leave my current association?
No. Keep your membership while you compare the result.
What happens at the end?
Nothing is charged. Your portfolio becomes read-only for 90 days; join at any point and everything carries on. After 90 days it is deleted.
Does TLA register my property or pay any fees?
No. TLA tells you what is needed, for which property and by when. You register and pay any government fee yourself.
I manage properties for clients. Is this for me?
Yes. Business Membership is for letting agents and property managers, and it is free for the first 30 days with no card. See the agents page.
