Does it cost anything?

No. The programme is free for agencies. There is no commission and no payment either way.

Do my landlords have to leave another association?

No. Landlords use TLA alongside anything they already use. We never ask them to switch.

What do my landlords get?

Can I see my landlords' records?

Not today. Each landlord's portfolio is private to them, and you see counts only. A shared view with each landlord's permission is on the roadmap.

How is this different from Business Membership?

Business Membership is for running the properties you manage in TLA yourself. TLA Partner Agents is for introducing the landlords you work with. You can do both.

How do I become an Active Partner?

When 5 landlords you invited have added their first property. Active Partners get the Active Partner badge and a featured place in the partner directory when it launches.

Can I invite landlords by email?

Yes. Your dashboard writes the invitation in your own email app, so it comes from you. Only invite landlords you work with.
