TLA Partner Case Studies

While the TLA Service Partner Hub officially launches in July 2025, several early access partners have already experienced the benefit of our network through featured campaigns and targeted member trials. Below are detailed case studies that illustrate tangible results across a range of service categories.

Fairlaw LLP – Legal Partner (Kent & Essex)

Fairlaw LLP was onboarded to the TLA legal pilot in January 2025, supporting members across Kent and Essex. The main challenge was the lack of rapid-access solicitors for possession notices, which resulted in costly delays for landlords. By embedding Fairlaw into our Section 21 and Section 8 help flows, landlords were referred in real time. Over 10 weeks, Fairlaw received 62 qualified enquiries and converted 26 of them — a 42% conversion rate. Their response time averaged 11.5 hours, exceeding our 24-hour SLA requirement.

BOXT – Heating & Boiler Cover Partner (UK-Wide)

BOXT participated in a pre-launch winter campaign to address member concerns about emergency boiler breakdowns and unreliable engineers. We tested their CTA in our most-downloaded checklist (Boiler Servicing Record) and within our Member Starter Pack email. The result: 1,204 total clicks, 228 completed quotes, and 91 new policyholders. London, Manchester, and the Midlands generated the highest traffic. BOXT now plans to scale further with an Autumn push targeting student accommodation landlords.

MyTenancyCheck – Tenant Referencing (Digital Trial)

With referencing fraud on the rise, MyTenancyCheck joined a limited campaign targeting agents and landlords in the South East. Their tool was integrated into the referencing compliance guidance issued to new members, with a co-branded widget available on PDF download pages. The result: 371 tool activations, 35 account sign-ups, and 11 subscriptions — a 9.4% conversion from exposure to paid use. Post-trial feedback from members praised the transparency and speed of reports, helping reduce void periods by an average of 6 days.

GreenSure Energy – Utility Comparison Partner (North West)

GreenSure piloted their landlord energy switching tool with a select batch of 500 TLA members across the North West. A targeted email campaign and sidebar listing resulted in 212 unique visits, 87 quote submissions, and 41 confirmed switches to eco tariffs. Their average cost saving for landlords was £216 per property per year. GreenSure was added to our “Sustainable Lettings” resources and saw a 28% uplift in direct traffic over the following fortnight.
