We're preparing to launch the TLA Maintenance & Compliance Partner Hub, showcasing trusted safety checks, repair services, and maintenance packages to active landlords nationwide.

This survey is open to both landlords and tenants. Landlords can help us design better ongoing compliance and maintenance solutions, while tenants can share real experiences of how repairs and safety issues are handled in their homes.
