Yes. Claim submission is available before checkout. If TLA approves the claim, the approved claimant is directed to an eligible annual membership. The listing cannot be managed until that membership is active.
No. Listing and profile management require an eligible annual Business Membership, Business Verified or Business Partner plan.
No. A basic Network Listing is not Trusted Partner accreditation. Trusted status requires an eligible annual plan, completed onboarding, evidence review and TLA activation.
All live Agency plans receive access to the free UK Lettings Intelligence Executive Summary. Full paid-report or organisation-licence access is separate unless expressly included.
No. Visibility and matching depend on sector, plan, verification, services, location, suitability, capacity and neutral platform rules.
Only eligible organisations with active approval and accepted brand-use terms may use the authorised assets.
No. SOS Priority is included free with Business Partner membership for the Legal sector — there is no separate product, subscription or pay-to-rank mechanism.
