  • Marketing consents: Until you withdraw consent or the data becomes inactive (typically 2 years of inactivity)
  • Analytics and cookies: Up to 26 months (Google Analytics default) or as specified in our Cookie Policy
  • Enquiries and support tickets: 3 years from last contact

After the retention period expires, we securely delete or anonymise your data.
