The Landlord Association

This page explains how The Landlord Association provides promotional and sponsorship opportunities to partner companies. It also sets out what we do, what we do not do, and how members engage with partners.

Important: The Landlord Association is a website that offers a promotional opportunity. We are not FCA authorised. We do not operate as an introducer, intermediary, or agent. We do not provide quotes, advice, or take part in the quote or application process. All enquiries and contracts are between the member and the partner company.

1. Our Role

TLA is a membership website for landlords, agents, and tenants. We provide placements that allow vetted companies to introduce themselves directly to our audience.

  • We run sponsorship and promotional placements across dashboards, newsletters, and web pages.

  • We connect members to partner websites using direct links or tracking URLs.

2. Not an Introducer or FCA-Approved Contract

  • We are not authorised or regulated by the FCA.
  • We do not recommend, endorse, or compare products.
  • We do not collect member data for quotes or applications.
  • We do not provide quotes or take part in the quote process.
  • We do not receive commission or percentage-based payments on sales.
  • All fees paid to TLA are fixed sponsorship or promotional fees.
  • Any contract is strictly between the member and the partner.

5. TLA Responsibilities
