What you get

Everything that keeps your lettings running

Know where every property stands

Every property, certificate and key date in one place, with a status for each and one action plan for the whole portfolio.

Less admin, automatically

Add a new certificate and the old reminder stops. A rent review moves to the new rent when it takes effect, once you confirm it. Booked work closes the item when the evidence arrives.

Documents for the current rules

80+ tenancy agreements, notices and letters, filled in from your property records.

Answers when you need them

Unlimited questions to Ask TLA, with the source and the next step for your property.

Help when it is urgent

Legal support and triage, and the Landlord SOS Hub for urgent issues.

The right professional

Trusted legal, insurance, trades and specialist services, matched to the job and your postcode. Member offers from selected partners.

Stay ahead of what is changing

Landlord register guidance and checklists for your region, Making Tax Digital support, and the Renters' Rights Act explained.

Learn and show it

TLA Academy training, the Knowledge Base and the Landlord Accreditation pathway.

TLA doesn't register your property, file anything on your behalf or pay government fees. We tell you exactly what's needed, for which property and by when, and help you prepare.

Questions

Good to know

Can I pay quarterly?

Yes, £59 a quarter. You can switch between quarterly and annual.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can switch or cancel at any time from your Membership Account.

I already use a letting agent. Do I need this?

Your agent manages the day to day; your legal duties stay with you. Membership gives you your own view of every property and what is due.

What happens to my documents?

They are stored securely against the property they belong to. Nothing is added to your records until you confirm it.

Does TLA register my property for me?

No. TLA tells you what needs registering, for which properties and by when, and helps you get ready. You register and pay any government fee yourself.

Is TLA a regulator, a law firm or a landlord association?

TLA is a landlord membership organisation. TLA provides compliance tools, document automation and compliance monitoring. Legal advice is provided separately by appropriately qualified professionals where required.
