Referral Commitment

Firms must agree to our code of conduct: no unsolicited contact, no cold-chasing, and all communication must be consent-based and professional.

Demonstrated Housing Law Experience

Firms must have proven experience in landlord or tenant disputes, including housing disrepair, deposit claims, or possession proceedings.

SRA Registration or Equivalent

All participating firms must be regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or an equivalent legal body, ensuring professional and ethical standards.
