By submitting your company details to appear on The Landlord Association's ("TLA") Solicitor Panel at landlordassociation.org.uk, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility Only regulated law firms or accredited legal professionals within the United Kingdom who offer landlord and/or tenant legal services are eligible to appear on the Solicitor Panel. TLA reserves the right to verify professional status and credentials.
2. Submission Accuracy You confirm that all information submitted (including business name, specialisation, contact details, and jurisdiction) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. TLA is not responsible for independently verifying this data.
3. Approval & Publication All submissions are subject to approval by TLA. We reserve the right to edit, approve, reject, or remove submissions at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification.
4. Usage Rights By submitting your company’s details, you grant TLA the non-exclusive right to display, reproduce, and distribute this information on landlordassociation.org.uk and affiliated platforms for public reference, informational, and promotional purposes.
5. Removal Requests To update or remove your listing, please contact legal@landlordassociation.org.uk. TLA will aim to act on removal requests within 5 working days.
6. Liability Disclaimer TLA provides listings for informational purposes only. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of services of any listed firm. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence.
7. Modifications These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the panel listing implies acceptance of the current version.
