A Trusted Partner is a provider we're comfortable signposting to our landlord and tenant members — because you meet TLA's standards for service quality, compliance awareness, and value.

  • Verified credibility: we review key business details to ensure you're identifiable, reliable, and aligned to the services you provide.
  • Member-first value: partners are expected to offer strong market value and, where possible, a unique member benefit.
  • Official badge usage: once approved, you can display the official TLA Trusted Partner badge on your website, POS, and marketing materials to reinforce credibility.

  • If anything is unclear, we may request small edits before publishing.
Verification checks Companies House, accreditations, regulatory (where relevant)
Where applicable, we verify business identity and professional standing to protect members and maintain partnership standards.
  • Legal services may be asked for regulatory details (e.g. SRA).
  • Other categories may be checked for memberships/accreditations where listed.
Decision & onboarding Approved listings go live with correct placement
If approved, your listing is published with the correct category and regions served, and we'll confirm any next steps.
  • You'll receive the TLA Partner Pack and badge guidance after approval.
