All campaigns are billed upfront per term. This ensures we can allocate design, integration, optimisation and reporting resources properly, and allows us to protect category limits so your Sponsorship & Advertising Partnership is not diluted by too many competing brands.
Sector capacity: We work with a maximum of two Flagship Sector Sponsorship Partners per sector (semi-exclusive model). A full exclusivity option (one Sponsorship Partner per sector) is available on all terms (3, 6, 9, 12 and 24 months) via the pricing below.
You’re not choosing between “light” and “premium” packages. There is one fully-loaded sector package. The only decision is: Semi-Exclusive (up to 2 brands in the sector) or Exclusive (your brand only), and how long you want to lock in visibility.
The package below applies to all sectors (e.g. maintenance, insurance, legal, energy, proptech, finance, contractor marketplaces, lettings). It is designed to give you consistent exposure where landlords, tenants and agents take action – not just where they browse.
