Module 1 of the TLA Certified Landlord Programme provides structured education for UK landlords, helping members develop a stronger understanding of legal responsibilities, compliance obligations and professional property management.
Through expert-led lessons and structured assessment, landlords gain the knowledge needed to operate more confidently within the modern UK rental market.
